Welcome to the First Bank of the Palm Beaches Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit Application!
Please follow these easy steps for activating First Bank's Mobile Banking app.
From the iPhone or Android device, download the app by searching for First Bank of the Palm Beaches in your device's app store.
- Note: You are only downloading the app in this step. Next you'll go to Online Banking to securely link the app to your account(s) and get an activation code. Then you'll return to the app and complete activation.
Log into Personal Online Banking from your computer or from a device other than the one you are activating.
Once you are logged in, select the “Mobile Banking” link from the menu on the left hand side of the screen. The next screen will list the accounts that you want to be seen from within the app. Select all of the accounts that you wish to see. Select the “Continue to Mobile Banking” button on the page.
- The Mobile Banking Center page will open. If you see your mobile device listed, select the “Get Activation Code link under your device. If you do not see your device listed, select the “Enroll Mobile Device” link near the top of the page and then enter the required information.
- Once you select “Get Activation Code” a code will be displayed at the top of the page. Using that code, open your downloaded app on your mobile device. Select the “I Have One” button on the mobile banking page.
- Type in the activation code that was given to you as well as your phone number that was used during the activation process and select “Activate”. You will then see a message letting you know that Activation was completed.
At this point on, you will be able to log into your mobile device using just your normal Personal Banking credentials.
